For instance, someone unhappy with being single might seek a partner in hopes of feeling better. However, if that relationship fails to meet their expectations, they may choose to end it, thinking it hasn't fulfilled their needs.

This pattern is prevalent across various aspects of life. We may find ourselves striving to modify the world around us to find happiness. Unfortunately, this approach is flawed. The true path to joy lies in reversing this process: to attract circumstances that resonate with our inner vision, we must first transform our thoughts.
