Did you know that the CIA has a clandestine meditation initiative? In 1983, they examined a variety of meditation strategies known as the Gateway Experience. This analysis, which was made public in 2003, outlines various techniques aimed at achieving remarkable outcomes, including healing and remote viewing.

The initial phase of this program is referred to as Focus 10. To attain this state, one must follow a straightforward four-step approach:

  1. Energy Conversion Box: Visualize placing all your distractions and issues into an imaginary box.
  2. Resonant Breathing: Take a deep breath, hold it briefly, and circulate that energy in your mind. Gradually exhale through your mouth, picturing the stale energy leaving your body.
  3. Affirmations: Pronounce your affirmations for the session, with the CIA's affirmation provided at the conclusion.
  4. Drift: Envision yourself sinking into the ground, counting up with each descent. When you reach the count of ten, you have entered Focus 10.

Imagine your body as a network of vibrant colors:

  • Blue: represents the nervous system
  • Red: symbolizes the circulatory system
  • Orange: denotes muscle and bone structures
  • Yellow: signifies the glandular system
  • White: embodies the entirety of your bodily systems

Identify any areas that appear dim or flickering; these may indicate broken systems. Enliven these areas by visualizing them charged with bright purple healing energy.

Focus on the subtle energies around you. Begin by picturing a small dot of light and gradually expanding it into a bar. Infuse this bar with pure white energy, experimenting with its colors, frequency, and intensity.

Remote viewing allows you to perceive distant objects or individuals from your current location. Start by concentrating on non-physical energies: visualize that dot of light and extend it into a bar.
